Jeanne Timmins, Office Manager, has been working at the Multiple Sclerosis Center for nearly eight years. She handles all of the administrative duties, consoles individuals with problems, pays the bills, finds new members to be helped, keeps the Center cheerful, and handles other duties as asked. “I truly enjoy working with our clients and the Board,” says Jeanne.
Married 46 years to Bill, they have grown twin children, a son, Bill, and a daughter, Lori. For years, Jeanne ran an office for Bill who was the National Sales Manager for a New York watch company. She travelled a lot to New York for trade shows and entertaining customers. That is probably what gives her the skills to cope with everyday life at the MS Center.
“We moved quite a bit, North and South Jersey, Dallas, Texas, Chicago and Columbus, Ohio, before settling in Southwest Florida. We love it down here and have spent considerable time on short trips to see the historic sights.”
“I work at the Center because I like the people and the cause. When I started here, I knew nothing about Multiple Sclerosis. What an education this has been.” Thank you, Jeanne, for all you do to support the Center, its clients and the Board.
