The Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southwest Florida (MS Center) received $25,000 from the Great Friends “Tee it Up for Tony” Charity Golf event in Naples. The event which was held at the Quarry Golf Club on April 29, hosted 120 golfers for the tournament, and over 200 people for the dinner that followed.

Great Friends founder, Tony Dalesandro, designated the MS Center as the beneficiary of the charity event for the second year in a row. Executive Director, Kay Jasso said “Tony has been one of our strongest supporters. He and event chair Dave Hill led a great group of volunteers to execute this successful event. We are thankful for their hard work, and for the generosity of the event’s supporters.”  The donation will help support the MS Center which serves over 400 people with multiple sclerosis in Southwest Florida.

The MS Center’s mission is to improve the quality of life for people affected by multiple sclerosis. The MS Center provides a comprehensive wellness program designed to help manage pain, improve mobility, and decrease isolation. Services include therapeutic services such as massage therapy, acupuncture, and mental health counseling.
